WASD Live 2024 is over and the doors are closed until the next event, but the fun is far from over. With many games played and lots of developers and publishers to speak to, in today’s Best of, we’re putting the spotlight on Pine Hearts:

In development by Hyper Luminal Games and soon to be published by Little Nook, Pine Hearts is a adventure driven narrative title that is bound to tug at the heartstrings of those playing it. Taking control of Tyke, players are free to explore every inch of the Pine Hearts Caravan Park and uncover as many secrets as they can find.
From exploring rivers to running down random paths in Tyke’s fashionable hiking boots, players can undertake a series of puzzles, discover useful tools and even fill up Tyke’s hillwalking journal. As for some of those secrets you can uncover and reasons why the heartstrings are going to get yanked, Pine Hearts Caravan Park is not simply a place Tyke has come to just the once, but many times throughout his entire life and now he gets to relive some of his childhood and experience old memories, inluding the loss of a loved one, all whilst making new friends and getting the chance to pet dogs. Yes! You can pet dogs in Pine Hearts and if that’s not a good enough reason for you to play it, than I don’t know what is!
As dissapointing as it is that there is not the likes of a demo available on Steam the good, or shall we say, best news is, eager fans will not have to wait too long for Pine Hearts. Not only is a Nintendo Switch release planned, but Pine Hearts actually releases on May 23, 2024 so the wait for the full game, is almost over.
