Fire Emblem Heroes | The Characters of Book V

A month before the Nintendo Switch could even make its long awaited debut, Fire Emblem made the leap to mobile devices in the form of Fire Emblem Heroes. Just two months shy of the apps seventh anniversary, the game has changed in a number of ways, and its story is far from over. Book VII has not long since concluded and Book VIII has now commenced.

In celebration of the mobile application’s ongoing achievements, we’re spending seven days looking back on the books that came before it and remembering some of the main characters that were introduced in each book. Today, we’re revisiting Book V:

Fire Emblem Heroes | Book V:

After narrowly escaping an unending nightmare brought on by the dökkálfar, the Kingdom of Askr comes under attack once more. This time, the Order of Heroes and the accompanying summoner are under siege by Reginn, princess of Niðavellir, the realm of the dvergar.

As Prince Alfonse struggles to overcome the attacking dvergr in her strong yet nimble seiðjárn armor, he senses a moment of hesitation in her assault. In that moment she pleads, “My brother, King Fáfnir, he’s—Y-you have to stop him!”

And with that, the Order of Heroes joins forces with this otherworldly Princess Reginn in an attempt to end the war in Niðavellir.
