Samurott marks the second fully evolved Water-type starter Pokémon to come to 7 Star Tera Raids, now joining the likes of Charizard, Cinderace, Greninja and Pikachu, and fellow Pokémon Legends: Arceus alum Decidueye, despite neither being present in their Hisuian forms.
