With Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet out now on Nintendo Switch and still selling like hot cakes two months after the initial release, the Gen 9 games are doing a good job of demonstrating their staying power. One key component that is helping with this, are the seven-star raid events that allow players to battle against Pokémon not typically available in the Paldea based games.

By proving victorious, players are able to catch these perfect IV Pokémon, add them to their team and even breed them, should you wish to try and hatch a shiny or just really wanted a Froakie. Whatever the case, it’s a cool feature and one we hope will continue, even after support for Pokémon HOME becomes available and, in the meantime, we’re covering every seven-star Raid Pokémon that made the cut and we’re continuing with Cinderace.
