As part of the latest Capcom Showcase, the spotlight was cast on a variety of games covering multiple Resident Evil titles, Exoprimal and Monster Hunter. With regards to the latter, a new trailer has been shared, showing off the expansion’s jungle area and welcomes returning monsters to slay.
Monster Hunter™ series Producer Ryozo Tsujimoto opened the Capcom Showcase with an illuminating new trailer for Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak. The video featured a revitalization of the Jungle area from the second generation of Monster Hunter games, welcomed back Espinas the Thorn Wyvern from Monster Hunter™ Frontier,and saw the frenzied approach of the flagship beast from Monster Hunter™ 4 Ultimate, Gore Magala.
Capcom has also revealed that a demo for Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak is also on the way, arrive on June 14, 2022 and that post-release content is also planned. We also have a brand-new selection of images for you guys to look through as well, covering the expansion in a variety of ways:
Hunters can pursue an early taste of the action when a free demo for Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak emerges shortly after 03:00 BST/04:00 CEST, June 14, 2022, for Nintendo Switch™ and Steam. Digital pre-orders are now available on both platforms and come packed with a bonus Palamute and Palico layered armor set.
Hunters eager to track down the next content update beyond the June 30, 2022 launch can anticipate Lucent Nargacuga the Moon Swift Wyvern returning in August with the iconic Forlorn Arena. Beyond that, more content is planned for Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak this fall, winter, and into next year.
Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak™ is the monstrous new expansion for Monster Hunter Rise, the critically-acclaimed and top-selling Monster Hunter™ title that released on Nintendo Switch in March 2021. The expansion will include an all-new storyline with more new monsters, new additions to combat, the Master Rank quest difficulty, and more.
