The first episode is out next week.

In a time and age where the anime series dominates our TV screens and special web series such as Pokémon Generations and Pokémon: Twilight Wings can be watched via YouTube, comes a brand new series to follow the trend.

Said to be an eight-episode long series, Pokémon Evolutions is the latest Pokémon show to be revealed and is part of The Pokémon Company’s efforts of celebrating all things Pokémon as part of its 25th anniversary. The series is said to feature different Trainers around the Pokémon world as they grow and evolve with their Pokémon”  with the first episode releasing on September 9, 2021.

The Pokémon world has a wide variety of regions filled with interesting people and wonderful Pokémon. Pokémon Evolutions, a new, limited animated series, will take you on a tour of the regions that have been explored in the core Pokémon video game series. The first episode premieres on September 9, 2021, and you can watch the trailer right now! You’ll be able to view all the episodes as they release globally on Pokémon TV and on the official Pokémon YouTube channel.

Produced to help celebrate 25 Years of Pokémon, this eight-episode series will begin in the Galar region and culminate in the Kanto region—the first region that appeared in the Pokémon series. Each episode features familiar characters and Pokémon alongside a connecting thread of a Pikachu that leads the viewers on their voyage through the regions.
