Folks, an INCREDIBLE announcement for the Switch was made yesterday. (About 21 hours ago at the time of me writing this article.)
Dying Light Platinum Edition is coming to the Switch, PHYSICALLY (meaning with a Cartridge and box!) at a retail price of $49.99 USD.
Here’s some background on Dying Light:
6 years prior, Dying Light released on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. From that point forward, the game got a huge load of updates, including a significant extension and a lot of DLC. A sequel of the game, Dying Light 2 Stay Human, should deliver this December. Yet, interestingly, a Dying Light game is going to a Nintendo console for the first time.
It has been declared that Dying Light: Platinum Edition is going to the Nintendo Switch this October. It’ll be delivered physically and digitally (Via the Eshop) for $49.99, and incorporate the entirety of the post-release content, including the significant expansion development, Dying Light: The Following. Likewise included are HD Rumble, gyro pointing, movement controls, touchscreen, and neighborhood/online community. An image delivered by the group behind Dying Light: Platinum Edition, Techland, can be seen down below.
,As for whether I’ll get this ASAP…? I would like to get the game, even if it’s not right away, as it’d be my first time playing this game on a Nintendo System.
I thank you for reading, and see you next article.
Side Note: This game was originally gonna come to the 6th generation of Consoles, such as PS3 and Xbox 360, but they got cancelled due to hardware limitations.
