Amazon is at it again.

Previously confirmed to have a physical release in North America and Japan, until this week, there was no confirmation as to whether the same could be said for Final Fantasy X, X-2 and XII in Europe, until now.

Thanks to a listing by Amazon UK, it seems the April releasing Final Fantasy games on Switch will be getting a physical release but there is one fly in the ointment. Like with the physical Vita release of Final Fantasy X and X-2 HD Remaster, it is only X that will be available on the Switch cart, as X-2 will require players to download it, using the digital code that comes with the packaged box.

What makes this weird however, is the fact that the wording in which states this, does not appear on the North American listings, so either the NA release could have both games on the one cart, or only X is and potential buyers just haven’t been notified yet.
