Just like how the European My Nintendo saw the addition of wallpaper rewards, the American version is getting a similar treatment, only instead of Mario, they get Link.
Although they do get the short end of the straw as Europe got 2 different Mario wallpaper rewards and Snipperclips, whereas America only gets 1 Breath of the Wild wallpaper and Snipperclips and both cost 50 Platinum Points (same price for Wallpapers in Europe.)
This is clearly a path Nintendo are adamant to walk down, so it will be interesting to see what other wallpapers are added down the line and see if the Zelda ones come to Europe at some point and if the Mario ones go West.
Whatever happens though, you can count on us to report on it!
