A new Japanese Sun and Moon trailer has released and while it doesn’t show all that much in terms of new gameplay, it does recap a lot of what we’ve learned so far, comes with stunning CGI of Solgaleo and Lunala and it shows off a Professor Oak look-alike.
A lot of people joked about it being an Alolan Oak and they’re not that far off as this “Oak” is indeed an Oak, but he is Nariya Oak, the original Professor Oak’s cousin, who lives in the Alola region and studies Alolan forms. Also revealed in the trailer, are a few of the names for the PokéRide options, names such as: Lapras Swim, Sharpedo Jet & Charizard Flight.
