With the end of May in sight, Pokémon TCG Pocket, the next Themed Booster Expansion, has been revealed, and the Ultra Beasts are on their way. Titled “Extradimensional Crisis,” this new set continues to feature Pokémon and characters from Gen 7, with one such new addition being a Buzzwole ex. A3a is set to go live on May 29, 2025. Out of This World Ultra Beast Pokémon to Make Debut in Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket with Upcoming Themed Booster Pack Extradimensional Crisis
Today, the Pokémon Company group announced that the popular Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket app will soon release a new themed booster pack entitled Extradimensional Crisis beginning 29 May. In addition, Trainers can look forward to new themed events and accessories coming soon to the app.
New Extradimensional Crisis Themed Booster Pack — In Extradimensional Crisis, players can collect Ultra Beast Pokémon cards such as Buzzwole ex, Blacephalon, Nihilego, and Guzzlord ex. First appearing in the Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon video games, Ultra Beast Pokémon are mysterious life-forms from another world that emerged from Ultra Wormholes and give off a mysterious, alien energy.
In celebration of their debut in Pokémon TCG Pocket, a new Ultra Beast-themed binder cover will be available for players to obtain through the Shop with shop tickets beginning 29 May. Players will also be able to showcase their favourite card in a new floral display board, obtainable using event shop tickets gained through the upcoming wonder pick event between 12 June at 6 a.m. UTC to 29 June at 5:59 a.m. UTC.
Furthermore, Trainers will also be able to encounter more Pokémon from the Alola region in Extradimensional Crisis, including the debut of Type: Null.

Ultra Beast Drop Event (4 June at 6 a.m. UTC to 14 June at 5:59 a.m. UTC): Take on special solo battles to obtain new promo cards, including Ultra Necrozma ex.
Wonder Pick Event (12 June at 6 a.m. UTC to 22 June at 5:59 a.m. UTC): Obtain new promo cards such as Poipole and Stufful and obtain event shop tickets by completing missions.
Ultra Beast Mass Outbreak Event (23 June at 6 a.m. UTC to 29 June at 5:59 a.m. UTC): Cards relating to Ultra Beasts will appear in rare picks and bonus picks.
