Mew’s exceptional return.

With new boosters previously teased for Pokémon TCG Pocket, today we have a name. Revealed by The Pokémon Company International, Mythical Island is the next set to debut in Pokémon TCG Pocket, but there is a small catch. Instead of being a main set like Genetic Apex, Mythical Island is described as being a “Themed Booster Pack.” There has been no mention as to how many cards make up the set, but cards belonging to Mythical Island are to include an A1a in their numbering, compared to the A1 used for Genetic Apex.

Mythical Island is said to become available on December 17, 2024 and among the 15 cards revealed so far, Mew ex is one of them. A trailer pertaining to Mythical Island can be seen here, followed by a closer look at six of the cards that have been officially revealed so far:
