Ver. 1.3.0 (Released December 17, 2025):

  • Added Kurogane as an instructor.
  • Added Easy Workouts, where you can easily select an exercise program.
  • Added tai chi to the game.

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed minor bugs.

Ver. 1.2.0 (Released October 15, 2025):

Additional and Updated Features:

  • Adjusted which exercises will be proposed during a Daily Workout.

Bug Fixes:

  • Corrected instructor lines when performing the Waist Strengthening Combo.
  • Fixed other minor bugs.

Ver. 1.2.0 (Released July 16, 2025):

Additional and Updated Features:

  • Added Janice as an instructor.
  • Added the option to stop your instructor giving you additional exercise suggestions in the Basic Settings section of the Settings menu.
  • Adjusted the contents of several missions.
  • Adjusted the contents of Mitt Drills.

Bug Fixes:

  • The screen will no longer enter sleep mode while stretching.
  • Fixed a bug where Joy-Con vibration would become disabled.
  • Fixed other minor bugs.

Ver. 1.1.1 (Released June 18, 2025):

  • Fixed a bug where the instructor’s appearance would become distorted during stretching.
  • Fixed a bug where the screen would become distorted when Hiro was given a specific hairstyle.

  • Fixed a bug where the game did not properly transition after failing a Box and Bond session.
  • Fixed a bug where EX Achievement acquisition status would be displayed incorrectly.

  • Changed settings notice display for left-right stance when starting menu for “Mitt Drills” in “Free Training.”

  • Fixed an audio desync bug caused by working out to Electric Twilight Serenade.
  • Fixed the contents of the following workouts:
    • Hook Combo #1 (high)
    • Beginner Combo #1 (high)
    • Advanced Combo #2 (low)
    • Waist-Strengthening Combo (low)
    • EX Advanced Combo #2
  • Fixed a bug involving instructor birthdays.

Ver. 1.0.2 (Released December 4, 2024):

  • Fixed a bug that prevented the game from transitioning to the score reveal screen after a player finishes a workout under certain conditions.
  • Fixed a bug that affected monthly rank display.
  • Fixed a bug that affected the stamp sequence after workouts.
  • Fixed movements of the instructors in one portion of certain workouts.
  • Fixed a bug where the personal data graph was slow to display under certain conditions.
