Now that July 2024 is almost over, here is an outline of every Tera Raid Event, Mass Outbreak Event and Serial Code/Mystery Gift distribution planned for Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet this August:

Get ready for a second serving of special Tera Raid Battles and mass outbreaks! From Friday, 26 July 2024, at 00:00 UTC to Thursday, 8 August 2024, at 23:59 UTC, Water–Tera Type Dondozo with the Mightiest Mark will be appearing in 7-star Tera Raid Battles while Curly Form Tatsugiri, Droopy Form Tatsugiri, and Stretchy Form Tatsugiri will be appearing in mass outbreaks across various locations.
Tera Raid Event (7 Stars) | Face a Mighty Dondozo!
During this event, Dondozo with the Mightiest Mark will be appearing at black Tera Raid crystals. The Dondozo appearing during this event has Water as its Tera Type. Be prepared—this Pokémon is a formidable foe, and it’s got the Mightiest Mark to prove it! Work together with your friends to topple this powerful Tera Pokémon!
This special Dondozo can be caught only once per save data. If you caught this Dondozo previously during a Tera Raid Battle event, you cannot catch it again. You can still participate in Tera Raid Battles against this Dondozo to obtain other rewards if you’ve already caught it.
This Dondozo may be featured in future events or become obtainable through other methods.
Mass Outbreak Event (Tatsugiri) | Curly Form Tatsugiri (Paldea), Droopy Form Tatsugiri (Kitakami), Stretchy Form Tatsugiri (Blueberry Academy)
During this event, mass outbreaks of Curly Form Tatsugiri will be appearing throughout the Paldea region, mass outbreaks of Droopy Form Tatsugiri will be appearing throughout the land of Kitakami, and mass outbreaks of Stretchy Form Tatsugiri will be appearing throughout the Terarium at Blueberry Academy.
Shiny Pokémon are more likely to appear in these special mass outbreaks, so don’t miss your chance to find one!

Celebrate the 2024 World Championships!

It’s time to celebrate Pokémon featured in the 2024 Pokémon World Championships key art with special Tera Raid Battles and mass outbreaks! Until Thursday, 22 August 2024, at 23:59 UTC, Chest Form Gimmighoul will be appearing in 1- to 5-star Tera Raid Battles while Riolu, Comfey, and Wattrel will be appearing in mass outbreaks across various locations.
Tera Raid Event (1 – 5 Stars) | Chest Form Gimmighoul
During this event, Chest Form Gimmighoul will be appearing in 1- to 5-star Tera Raid Battles. These Chest Form Gimmighoul will have various Tera Types. If you challenge one in a 5-star Tera Raid Battle, you’ll have a small chance to encounter a Shiny Chest Form Gimmighoul, which doesn’t normally appear during regular gameplay!
Mass Outbreak Event (A Seasonal Event Celebrating the 2024 Pokémon World Championships!) | Wattrel (Paldea), Riolu (Kitakami), Comfey (Blueberry Academy)
During this event, mass outbreaks of Wattrel will be appearing throughout the Paldea region, mass outbreaks of Riolu will be appearing throughout the land of Kitakami, and mass outbreaks of Comfey will be appearing throughout the Terarium at Blueberry Academy.
Shiny Pokémon are more likely to appear in these special mass outbreaks. Pokémon appearing in these special mass outbreaks are also more likely to have the Pumped-Up Mark, so don’t miss your chance to find one!

Challenge Powerhouse Pokémon!!

It’s time for one more round of special Tera Raid Battles and mass outbreaks! Until Sunday, 1 September 2024, at 23:59 UTC, Normal–Tera Type Dragonite with the Mightiest Mark will be appearing in 7-star Tera Raid Battles while Larvitar, Bagon, Beldum, Goomy, and Hisuian Sliggoo will be appearing in mass outbreaks across various locations.
Tera Raid Event (7 Stars) | Face a Mighty Dragonite!
During this event, Dragonite with the Mightiest Mark will be appearing at black Tera Raid crystals. The Dragonite appearing during this event has Normal as its Tera Type. Mass Outbreak Event (A Seasonal Event Featuring Powerhouse Pokémon!) | Larvitar & Bagon (Paldea), Goomy & Hisuian Sliggoo (Kitakami), Beldum (Blueberry Academy)
During this event, mass outbreaks of Larvitar and Bagon will be appearing throughout the Paldea region, mass outbreaks of Goomy and Hisuian Sliggoo will be appearing throughout the land of Kitakami, and mass outbreaks of Beldum will be appearing throughout the Terarium at Blueberry Academy.
Hisuian Sliggoo cannot normally be encountered during regular gameplay, and Shiny Pokémon are more likely to appear in these special mass outbreaks. Pokémon appearing in these special mass outbreaks are also more likely to have the Charismatic Mark, so don’t miss your chance to find one!
