With news of new distributions adding Darkrai and a Shiny Lucario to Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet, there is yet another distribution set to get underway this month, but this one is limited to South Korea. Those who are able to attend the Pokémon Winter Festa event, which takes place on December 30 and December 31, will be able to recieve a serial code for a Level 54 Baxcalibur.
