More Anniversary celebrations.

With HAL Laboratory and Nintendo previously stating they have a whole host of plans this year to celebrate Kirby’s 30th anniversary, the latest development has now been revealed.

Taking place at Tokyo Garden Theatre on August 11, 2022, is a one-off music festival dedicated to all things Kirby, and for those who are unable to attend the event in person, it will be broadcasted so series fans can watch it at home as well. The official website can be seen here with an English Google translation of the events description, viewable below, along with a promotional video:

“Hoshi no Kirby 30th Anniversary Music Festival” will be held, a one-time music event that delivers the music of “Hoshi no Kirby” by playing various genres in a big band style large organization by 35 players. Decided!

On the large LED monitor at the venue, you can enjoy while looking back on your memories with the game video that matches the performance, and Kirby that moves in rhythm is also available! ??
Furthermore, at this event, the “sound” flowing from the speakers and “Kirby’s penlight (Ultra Rainbow Deluxe) <original goods sale>” will be linked so that you can experience a more realistic festival, and the “color” of the penlight. And “how to shine” are available in real time!
Not only those who come to the venue, but also those who watch the broadcast at home can enjoy the presence and unity of the festival along with Kirby’s music.
Please look forward to the unprecedented new type of music event “Kirby 30th Anniversary Music Festival”, where you will participate in the festival with Kirby!
