Later on this year, Bandai Namco are brining Dragon Ball Z Xenoverse 2 to Nintendo Switch and while not that much is known about it, plenty of new details have come our way, starting with this Japanese box art:
So what have we learned from the news shared? Well when docked the game will run at 900p and when in Handheld it runs at 720p. Also while framerate does run at 60 FPS when doing 1-on-1, in multiple battles it drops to 30 FPS and since up to 6 players can play together that’s understandable.
Furthermore, provided players buy the game before the 3rd of October, 2017, they will be entitled to have 87 characters available at the start, which includes Black Goku, but characters such as Frost, Vegito Blue and Bojack must be brought as part of dlc as they are not available with the main version of the game. It was repeated that Xenoverse 2 for Switch will include the story for Xenoverse 1, but some of the story may differ. Also Toki Toki City will not be making an appearance.
Now while that does conclude today’s Dragon Ball Z Xenoverse 2 news, hopefully it won’t be that much longer before a release date for the West is finally shared and when it is, you can expect to learn it here at miketendo64.com!
