On the 29th of August, 2017 together with publisher Udon Entertainment, Yacht Club Games are releasing Shovel Knight: Official Design Works and if you haven’t heard about it until now, here’s the quick description for it:

“Shovel Knight is a sweeping classic action adventure game with awesome gameplay, memorable characters, and an 8-bit retro aesthetic created by Yacht Club Games.

Shovel Knight: Official Design Works collects the fun and original artwork behind this landmark title. Inside you’ll find key art, character concepts, enemy designs, sprite sheets, unused ideas, and an all-new Shovel Knight tribute art gallery! This epic tome is also packed with creator commentary, as well as exclusive interview with the Yacht Club Games team.”

But why are we sharing this since we have already covered the book in a previous post? Well this week on Twitter, Udon Entertainment has shared two images pertaining to the work and while one is of the cover we have seen already, the other image can be seen right here:

Shovel Knight: Official Design Works is currently available for pre-order on various amazon sites, and just in case any more images are shared prior to its release, you can expect to find them here at Miketendo64 just as soon as they come!
