Get ready for some Nicalis news because we’ve got some.
While The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ has still yet to make its way to the Switch in Europe, Nicalis has gone ahead and revealed that Headup Games (who are already handling the European release of Issac), will also be bringing Cave Story+ to Europe as well.

It will be a while before we can hope to hear a European release date, but Cave Story+ is coming to North America this June and just as soon as we hear more, as will you.
