Now that April 2024 has finally arrived, here is an outline of every Tera Raid Event, Mass Outbreak Event and Serial Code/Mystery Gift distribution planned for Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet this May:

Tera Raid Event (5 Stars) | Challenge Walking Wake and Iron Leaves Soon!

April 26, 2024 at 00:00 UTC – May 6, 2024 at 23:59 UTC

Walking Wake and Iron Leaves Return to Tera Raid Battles! – From Friday, 26 April 2024, at 00:00 UTC to Monday, 6 May 2024, at 23:59 UTC, Walking Wake will be appearing in 5-star Tera Raid Battles in the Pokémon Scarlet game, and Iron Leaves will be appearing in 5-star Tera Raid Battles in the Pokémon Violet game.

These Paradox Pokémon cannot normally be encountered in Paldea. The Walking Wake appearing during this event has Water as its Tera Type, and the Iron Leaves appearing during this event has Psychic as its Tera Type. Try joining Tera Raid Battles hosted by Trainers playing the other version of the game to help complete your Paradox Pokémon collection!

Mass Outbreak Event (Gold Pokémon) | Magikarp & Varoom (Paldea), Shinx (Kitakami), Rellor (Blueberry Academy)

April 26, 2024 at 00:00 UTC – May 6, 2024 at 23:59 UTC

Fill Up Your Basket with Lively Little Pokémon! It’s time to go for the gold! Until Monday, 6 May 2024, at 23:59 UTC, mass outbreaks of Magikarp and Varoom will be appearing throughout the Paldea region, mass outbreaks of Shinx will be appearing throughout the land of Kitakami, and mass outbreaks of Rellor will be appearing throughout the Terarium at Blueberry Academy.

Shiny Pokémon are more likely to appear in these special mass outbreaks, so don’t miss out on this golden opportunity to find one!

Tera Raid Event (7 Stars) | Face a Mighty Primarina!

May 10, 2024 at 00:00 UTC – May 12, 2024 at 23:59 UTC | May 17, 2024 at 00:00 UTC – May 19, 2024 at 23:59 UTC

Catch a Primarina with the Mightiest Mark! – Primarina is appearing in black crystal Tera Raid Battles! You can try catching Primarina from Friday, 10 May 2024, at 00:00 UTC to Sunday, 12 May 2024, at 23:59 UTC, then again from Friday, 17 May 2024, at 00:00 UTC to Sunday, 19 May 2024, at 23:59 UTC.

Primarina cannot normally be encountered in Paldea, and the Primarina appearing during this event has Fairy as its Tera Type. Be prepared—this Pokémon is a formidable foe, and it’s got the Mightiest Mark to prove it! Work together with your friends to topple this powerful Tera Pokémon!

During the latter half of this event—from Friday, 17 May 2024, at 00:00 UTC to Sunday, 19 May 2024, at 23:59 UTC—Blissey will be appearing more frequently in 5-star Tera Raid Battles. These Blissey will have various Tera Types, so prepare wisely before challenging them! Defeating Blissey will yield some delightful rewards, such as various Tera Shards and bonus Exp. Candies.

Catch Version-Exclusive Paradox Pokémon! – From Friday, 24 May 2024, at 00:00 UTC to Sunday, 26 May 2024, at 23:59 UTC,, Sandy Shocks will be appearing in Tera Raid Battles in the Pokémon Scarlet game and Iron Thorns will be appearing in Tera Raid Battles in the Pokémon Violet game.

These Pokémon will have various Tera Types, so prepare wisely before challenging them—and try joining Tera Raid Battles hosted by Trainers playing the other version of the game to help complete your Paradox Pokémon collection!
