While some of us eagerly sit on the edge of our seats, wondering what todays’ Nintendo Direct might reveal in the way of Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon news, Pokémon news has arrived via another means.
CoroCoro is no stranger to revealing new details regarding Pokémon games and this month, the latest scans has revealed a lot. First up, as many have expected, Solgaleo’s and Lunala’s new look is down to Necrozma, who when fused with Solgaleo, becomes Necrozma “Mane of Twilight” and Necrozma “Wings of Dawn” when fused with Lunala. It has also been stated that even when fused, Lunala and Solgaleo will maintain their signature moves of Sunsteel Strike and Moongeist Beam.
Next up it has emerged that all forms of Lycanroc will have a unique Z-Move called Radial Edge Storm and Stone Edge is the required move for your Lycanroc to know in order to use it. Also in addition to its main attack, it does have a second effect, which eliminates all terrain effects, so when battling the Tapu Pokémon, it’s a useful Z-Move to use. It has also been revealed that the special Rockruff that is being disibuted will have the ability Own Tempo, and evolves into Dusk Lycanroc at Level 25, but only between 17:00 and 17:59.
Last but not least, it has been stated that a Shiny Silvally will be available to those who pre-order Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon in Japan, although a similar distribution may be revealed for the West very soon, but for now at least, this is everything we have been able to learn.
Until next time, keep on gaming!
