The end is in sight!

I can’t believe it guys. Since starting my little Getting Solid with Solid Jack Fitness Boxing blog back in January, the two month experiment is almost at an end and despite everything I have tried and invested, nothing really panned out.

As bad as it sounds, I was glad to see the back of my grandparents, as it meant I could try and dedicate myself even more so to Fitness Boxing and sadly, that just did not happen.

You see, after a couple of decent days of putting the time in, on Friday I feel ill with a cold and pretty much spent the entire weekend confined to my own bed, trying to rest up before returning to work on Monday just gone. Yet, it would actually be during my sick days where I sustained any weight loss, compared to the days I was able to break a sweat.

Still, I’m lighter now than I was back in January and hopefully, now that I have lost it some weight, I can keep it off. So, until the final instalment next week, here’s the latest statistics and the stats of the previous weeks:
