[Rumour] 3 New Characters Seemingly Teased for Mario Tennis Aces

Just in case Mario Tennis Aces didn’t have a full roster of characters for Switch owners to go hands on with, this June, it seems the roster has just gotten bigger.

Much like Spike being leaked for Mario Tennis Aces a few weeks back, it seems another 3 characters have just been leaked as well and they are Birdo, Diddy King and Paratroopa. The link comes from Geo Online, a Japanese retailer that is currently taking pre-orders for the upcoming Mario game and those who do pre-order it, will earn themselves a special handbag that seemingly features every character in the game, including the 3 we didn’t previously know about. The bag in question can be seen below:

Now, admittedly, this could be a case of reading too much into something, but that’s why we’re labelling this as a rumour and we say while it does appear the three characters will be playable, how about we hold off all judgement until some official news on this front, arrives. But, with Spike being shown off in official footage, naturally he is a given.
