Like we said back in February, GDC 2017 would see an all-important The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild panel.

While the Miketendo64 team couldn’t be there personally to cover the event, like so many Zelda fans across the world, at least Nintendo of America was on hand and shared a lot of the important information via Twitter and we’ve gone ahead and rounded up those tweets, just so you can scroll through them at your own leisure. Enjoy:

Mr. Panda's Video Game Reviews

Joy-Cons to the World!

The time has come! The Nintendo Switch will finally launch this Friday, and gamers worldwide will soon play with their shiny new console/handheld hybrid. I’ve already detailed why I’m excited for the Switch as well as my impressions from Nintendo’s January presentation. Now I’m turning my attention to the most important part of any console: the games. Here are my top 10 most anticipated Switch games!

10. Arms

Arms.jpg I hope One Piece’s Luffy joins in.

I wasn’t initially keen on Nintendo’s upcoming motion controlled fighting game, Arms. But the more I learned about it, the more I wanted the game in my… arms. This game may look like Wii Boxing, but the characters’ arms extend to hit their opponents, similarly to Mr. Fantastic. Consequently, it’s more reliant on solid punches rather than frantic arm-waving. Although I’m not the biggest fan of motion control, I’m interested…

Link Can Ride The Elks In Zelda: Breath Of The Wild

It seems that Horses are not the only thing Link can ride in the Zelda: Breath Of The Wild as he can also mount and ride Elks as well. YouTuber SwimmingBird941 has recorded footage of doing just that and also a lot of other things you can do in the game. It is worth noting that even though you can befriend and sooth the elks much like the horses, they do not sprint or able to be registered and kept in the various stables dotted around Hyrule. There may be somewhere in the game where you can store them but that remains to be seen.
